Scratch cards can only be used ONCE.
Every ticket is a guaranteed winner. Assorted prizes include an Apple IPad, RRP £1,000 jewel, free Imperial Candles products, discounts and more.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Imperial Essences Ltd. reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Imperial Essences Ltd. control makes it necessary to do so.
Photo evidence & proof of purchase is required to redeem prize. Any scratch card containing a discount can simply be redeemed at checkout.
Scratch cards are completely free, received in your package when you place an order with us inclusive of any candle from our promotional Iconic Collection launch. One scratch card will be included per every Imperial Candle purchased as part of this promotion.
Imperial Essences Ltd. will require you to send us a photo of the scratch card via email at support@imperialcandles.co.uk in order to claim your gift (Coupons/vouchers can just be redeemed at checkout, no need to send them to us). Imperial Essences Ltd. have the right to deny you the prize if you are unwilling to provide relevant proof.
Imperial Essences Ltd. have the right to ask for proof of your original Imperial Candles purchase, or identity. Imperial Essences Ltd. employees, family members, and associated partners are unable to participate.
If there are any technical difficulties regarding the cards, Imperial Essences Ltd. have the right to void a winning scratch card.

HOW TO CLAIM:
Email our customer service team at support@imperialcandles.co.uk with a photo of your winning scratch card and the original order details.
If you've won a physical product/prize, we will additionally require your full delivery details for shipment purposes. Prizes will be shipped within a maximum period of 3 months following contact.
